Didn't really believe this would work but haven't been sleeping well so thought it was wort a go. Within in a little while of putting it on began to feel very drowsy and woke really refreshed!

Just rub a little balm under nose, on lips, on temples or other pulse points. Or use the oil for after-bath moisturising or soothing massage.
