History and Origin:
John Masters is on the cutting edge of organic hair care. Having been in the front line of hair care since 1975 in New York, and suffering the daily confrontation with harsh salon chemicals such as ammonia and sulphates, John Masters decided to do something different. Over ten years ago John Masters stopped giving perms in his salon and began to develop his organic hair care collection. Using non-toxic bases, John Masters developed his own line of organic hair care blends from essential oils, plant extracts, and health-food staples — organic apple-cider vinegar formed the basis of his original hair rinse. John Masters is now a celebrity organic hair dresser, and he still only uses his own organic hair care products.
