History and Origin:
The idea behind Mandarina came from Tim Drake, who’s career in the textile industry showed him how silk was a great natural material. Tim new about Silk Duvets in the far east, and set about creating a brand to bring together the best of British design with the tradition of a natural duvet filling. Mandarina was born in the late 1990’s and quickly became THE place to buy premium Silk Duvets. We are so impressed with them at So Organic, that the Flagship So Organic store in Greenwich has one for every treatment bed.

Mandarina Silk Duvets are great for anyone wanting a fantastic night sleep. In particular, because of the lightness of silk duvets and the fact dust mites cannot live in the fibres, it is great for those suffering from arthritis, asthma, circulatory problems, or skin disorders.
