We generally recommend the Hydro System for those aged 25 to 35, but please bear in mind that everyone is different, some people have lots of signs of ageing when they are very young, whereas others may reach retirement with still relatively youthful looking skin. Generally you would progress through the range from Hydro (25-35), through Intensive (35-45) and then Solution (45+) as you age.
