In the formulation of this product, the mother tincture (expressed from freshly harvested biodynamically grown calendula flowers) is combined with two precious oils; sweet almond oil, which is well-liked in baby care for its gentleness, and organic sesame seed oil with its excellent moisture retaining properties.

This mixture of totally natural ingredients, help protect the skin from environmental drying effects, leaving the skin soft and supple.

Weleda Baby Calendula Body Lotion has been formulated without lanolin therefore it is ideally suited for the care of delicate lanolin-allergic skin.

The soothing properties of Calendula are particularly important in caring for babies skin. Used after bathing, it moisturises the skin thus helping to alleviate tendencies to dry skin and flaking.

It is also an ideal skin cleaning product, particularly in the nappy area, where it helps to gently remove grime.
