The new So Organic flagship department store is located in the centre of historic Greenwich, London and stocks all of our best selling ranges of skincare, make up, baby products, home ware and the popular Ecover refill service.

Drop in for some eco advice, a makeover, skin care consultation, a massage in our treatment rooms or attend one of our holistic workshops.

Our knowledgeable staff team have tested & enjoyed using all of our products and are happy to help you with any specific concerns.

Opening Hours:

We are open 7 days a week; 11am to 6pm Monday and Tuesday, 10am until 6pm Wednesday to Sunday. We are open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Please call us free on 0800 169 2579 if you have any queries we can help with or to check stock availability if you are making a special trip, so that we can ensure we have what you need and reserve it for you if necessary.

Although we try to keep most of our range in stock, not every product you see on the website is available in store at all times. However we can do special orders from our warehouse for shop customers who need items that the store doesn’t carry, just give us a call and we’ll sort it out for you.

Most of our online offers are also valid in store, please mention it to us at the till if you have seen an offer and would like to take advantage of it in store.

Bus: Bus routes 129, 177, 180, 188, 199, 286, 386 all stop nearby.

Rail: Greenwich main line station, on Greenwich High Road is a short walk away. Approx 5-7 minutes.

DLR: The nearest DLR station is Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich and is about a 3 -5 minute walk away.

Cycling: There is cycle parking in Greenwich Town Centre.

Car: The nearest car parks are on Burney Street (behind the IBIS and Cinema) or Cutty Sark Gardens (next to Marks & Spencer).

Why not plan a visit to the store and make a day of it?
There are lots of wonderful historic places to visit free in Greenwich such as the National Maritime Museum and Greenwich Royal Observatory (the home of Greenwich Mean Time and the meridian line).

Greenwich Park is wonderful for a picnic and walk during the warmer months, there’s a well equipped children’s playground too, (where Dads love to take the kids while Mum has a lovely pampering session in our treatment rooms!)

There is no shortage of places to stop for healthy refreshments, or naughty treats. We have an organic cafe, a vegetarian cafe and lots of artisan food producers dotted around the town, as well as all the usual eating places.
