To help prevent ingrown hairs prepare the skin the day before with a good body scrub. Use roll-on dispenser to apply a very thin layer of sugar wax to cool dry skin. Be careful to apply wax in the direction of hair growth. Then apply strip to waxed skin and press down firmly in the direction of hair growth, pull off quickly in the direction opposing hair growth.
