Weleda Fragrance Free Calendula Baby Oil

This light, fragrance free oil is easily absorbed leaving skin soft and subtle. Ideal for sensitive skin and baby massage.
It is ideal for the daily care of the delicate skin of babies and children and has a soothing, warming effect on the skin. The oil is particularly suitable for cleansing the nappy area and as an all over body moisturiser after bathing. It is also an excellent medium for baby massage.
A nourishing, warming oil for daily skin care. The smoothing properties of the sweet almond oil assists in the protection of baby's delicate skin.
The whole composition of this product helps to stimulate natural functions of the skin and help to protect it from any drying effect.

Weleda products are one of the most well-known and highly sought after organic brands in the world. The company was formed in the 1920’s, founded by Ita Wegman (a Dutch medical doctor) and Rudolf Steiner (the renowned philosopher). Weleda believe that products and their ingredients should be in balance with nature, they only use raw materials straight from nature, many grown on their own farms. Weleda grow over 300 plant species in Derbyshire where they have a 15 acre organic herb farm, and are certified by Demeter - the international biodynamic accreditation body.
So you can rest assured that nothing they produce will contain chemical pesticides, fertilizers or GM ingredients. They use natural preservation, avoiding the use of parabens. Weleda products also do not contain SLS, Synthetic Fragrance or colours. Weleda products are NOT tested on animals, are Vegetarian and many are Vegan.

Long lasting & easy to use review by Lil's Mum on 25/01/2017I have been using this since my baby was very small, (she's at school now!) and I have never found anything better to keep her skin soft and smooth. One bottle lasts ages so it's really good value.

This oil leaves my baby and toddler's skin silky smooth without making it greasy. I use it as a moisturiser after bath time and even put it on their faces. A little goes a long way too. I bought the bottle in Feb and despite using it every day on both my baby and toddler, have only used just over half. So even though it is more expensive than some moisturisers it lasts a lot longer.

We use it once or twice a week after bath times for my two kids. It smells lovely and their skin is lovely as well.
Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Fragrance (Parfum)*, Limonene*, Linalool*, Geraniol*. *from natural essential oils (i.e. naturally present in the essential oils).
For daily baby care, after washing or bathing distribute a small amount of oil between hands and apply gently. For cleaning whole body put a few drops on cotton wool or pad. Take special care of skin folds. For Baby Massage first warm a little oil between hands and distribute evenly. Gentle massage will calm nervous and fractious children. Soften cradle cap with oil and then remove with comb. For dry skin add a few drops of oil to bath. Keep cap & nozzle clean. Close bottle after use.
