SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) is the harsh foaming agent in conventional hand wash products. It can be irritating and drying for the skin and we feel it is best avoided.

None of the organic hand wash and natural hand soap that we sell contains SLS. Nor does is have paraben preservatives or potentially irritating synthetic fragrance, preferring instead to rely on the beautiful aromas of pure essential oils which can also deliver skin care benefits.

Many of our staff and customers who have previously suffered with sore and irritated skin on their hands have found that things improve immensely when they switch to SLS free products.
