A beautiful product that works! review by Wanda on 09/08/2013This is a really wonderful body powder. It smells lovely and a small amount does go a long way. I have always personally used this powder, but some months ago my Father developed a severe itchy allergic rash across his back, chest and arms from some medication. I bought creams to soothe the allergic reaction but these did not work so applied this Body Powder over the rash and it was the only product that soothed and calmed the rash and after applying twice daily cleared completely. He now uses it daily as part of his normal routine after showering. An amazing and beautiful product.
Rice (Oryza Sativa) Starch, Silk (Serica) Powder, Silica, Fragrance (Parfum)*, Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol, Coumarin, Gentian (Gentiana Lutea) Extract, English Oak (Quercus Robur) Extract, Sage (Salvia Officinalis) Extract, Diatomaceous Earth (Solum Diatomeae) *purely from essential oils and plant extracts - does not contain synthetic fragrance.
Remember that you only need to use a small amount. Very fine hair which quickly becomes greasy also benefits from Body Silk which can be brushed in - it also helps hold the shape of your hair style.
Body Silk contains extracts of Sage, a natural deodorant and; as well as Silk, which is very absorbent and anti-bacterial - so it makes an excellent deodorant. It can be used as a general body powder - and it is wonderful for nappy rash! The natural anti-bacterial action and the herbal extracts make Body Silk worth trying in cases of athlete's foot and other fungal infections.
