Queen of Sheba Gentle Rose Wash Grains

For days when your skin is feeling extra sensitive try washing with ground organic oatmeal delicately fragranced with rose geranium essential oil. A great alternative to soap or face wash if you love the feel of washing your face.
Pamper your face with this royal treatment. Oats have traditionally been used to help sensitive and irritated skin conditions such as eczema, and the soft texture of these ground oats will exfoliate skin very gently without being abrasive. Just use them as a morning face wash, or use as a base for a home made mask.

Avena sativa (organic oatmeal), pelargonium graveolens (rose geranium essential oil)
Add enough water to one teaspoon of grains to make a paste in the palm of your hands. Rub onto your skin with gentle circular strokes. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel. Mask: For a special treat add a drop of olive or almond oil, a dab of honey or yoghurt. Massage into skin and leave for up to 10 minutes as a gentle exfoliating face mask.
