You are much less likely to overheat under a suitably chosen weight of silk filled duvet. Silk is naturally hypoallergenic, unlike feathers, down and wool; it is inhospitable to dust mites making it a great alternative for allergy sufferers. By using the hand layering method, silk is very evenly spread and the air is trapped in between the layers of silk, hence the duvets are soft & lofty. Snow Blossom duvets are finished impeccably with a blossom pattern sewn-through stitching. The duvet has a piped edge all around and the buttons & loops at four corners to button a different weight of duvet together for added warmth if required. Watch our short film to learn how the duvets are made and why they are so luxurious.

As with all duvets, use a cover to protect your duvet. Simply air the duvet from time to time, outside if possible but other than that your duvet will require very little care. If you do happen to spill something the duvet can be spot cleaned but do not immerse the entire duvet in water. Silk filled duvets are not washable but can be specialist cleaned although this should not be necessary under normal use.
