With damp hands, massage gently in circular motions onto damp skin and rinse away with clean water. Use 2 to 3 times a week, avoiding direct contact with eyes. Follow with Blissful Daily Moisturiser (for normal skin types) or Super-Intensive Daily Moisturiser (for dry or mature skin types).
