I invited a friend over for lunch yesterday, and made a simple vegetarian pizza and salad. She loved it so much and was so impressed that I had "even made the base!" that I thought I would share it with you here. Toppings are up to you, I tend to use whatever I have in the fridge, just remember to slice the toppings thinly, the pizza only takes 10 minutes in the oven, so if they're too thick you'll have undercooked veggies on the top. Pizza is also really economical to make, because you slice them thin, the toppings go a really long way.
