The fifth annual Yoga Show is about to hit London. Held from the 31st of October to the 2nd of November at the National Hall in Olympia, Kensington this exhibition features everything that has to do with yoga under one roof.Over two hundred exhibitors from all over the world will be showing off their practical, inspirational and healthy lifestyle products. From yoga mats, yoga clothing and yoga retreats to teacher training programs; beginners and professionals alike will likely discover a new aspect of this ancient, life enriching practice.But the Yoga Show doesn't just feature yoga. Pilates is also a strong attraction for many. There will be yoga and pilates classes, demonstrations and lecturers from leading teachers and organisations.
A three day pass costs £22, a two day pass £16. If you attend only the Friday the entrance fee is £5; if only the Saturday or Sunday entry is £10. Concessions are available plus all sessions and lectures are free. Doors open at 11am on Friday and 10am on the weekend.
